How to use

  1. Apply to damp skin - Crucial for locking in moisture. The best time to apply body lotion is within 3 to 5 minutes after showering. Pat your skin gently with a towel so it is still slightly damp, not completely dry. Lotion traps the existing water on your skin and pulls it in.
  2. Dispense and warm the lotion - Squeeze a generous, coin-sized amount of Dove lotion into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together briefly to warm the product, which helps it spread more easily and absorb faster.
  3. Massage in circular motions - Work from the bottom up. Start at your ankles and massage the lotion into your skin using gentle, widening circular motions. This upward movement also helps stimulate circulation.
  4. Layer on dry areas - Pay extra attention to naturally thicker, drier skin zones like your elbows, knees, and heels. You may need to add a second, smaller dab of lotion specifically for these spots.
