How to use

Get the Temperature Right - Start with lukewarm water. While a steaming hot shower feels great, lukewarm water is better for your skin’s moisture barrier and helps the gel lather more effectively.

Wash Body, Hair, and Face - Since most Adidas gels are 3-in-1 formulas, you can use them everywhere:
Body - Massage over skin to wash away sweat and oils.
Hair - Apply to wet hair, massage the scalp, and rinse.
Face - They are formulated to be gentle enough for the face, though if you have very dry skin, you might want a dedicated face wash later.
Rinse Thoroughly - Make sure no soap film is left behind, especially in "high-friction" areas like the underarms or chest, to prevent irritation.
